A multi-genre powerhouse, Symønne's musical style is a high-energy blend of old-school Chicago house, ghettotech, techno, hardgroove, tech house, East Coast club, Miami bass, and breaks that has captured the attention of music lovers in and beyond California.

Symønne brings a combination of gritty underground sounds with a bold, feminine, edge— expect hard-hitting basslines, playful vocals, infectious melodies, nuanced instrumentation, and the technical precision of 12-year veteran performer.

Symønne’s DJ journey began in the Boston underground in 2013, but it was after moving to the Bay Area a few years later that she rose to prominence, performing at the city’s most prominent clubs as a favorite local supporting act, at Burning Man, and on radio shows Fault Radio, Alkaline Burner Podcast, and Polar Jungle. There, she co-founded an event Open House, which featured open decks and elevated local DJs, and had a weekly residency at F8 Nightclub.

Now based in Los Angeles, Symønne has performed in 5 countries, 7 US cities, and 8 festivals, including the world-renowned Lightning in a Bottle and Babestock Fest in Austin, America’s first and only all-female and gender-expansive electronic music festival.

Within Los Angeles, Symønne is a regular at the city’s hottest nightclubs and prominent underground events, including Academy, Avalon, The Yost Theater, LICKNDIP, The LA Raver, SXTCY, and more.

She has provided support for global acts such as Shiba San, Charlotte de Witte, Moodymann, DJ Minx, Carl Craig, Marques Wyatt, VNSSA, Brodinski and more.

As the founder/CEO of Blaque Mária, Symønne champions marginalized communities in electronic music, curating unique and inclusive events that center women, non-binary, queer, and BIPOC artists. Symønne is the lead instructor and curriculum designer for Blaque Mária's DJ Academy.

Symønne's original productions, including her latest releases, “Leave Me,” "Baby Mama” and “Say WHAT?!" (released on Humble House Records), and the irresistible tech house banger "BOOTY SHORTS” are available on all streaming platforms. She has also written and performed topline vocals for World Famous House Crew and Xrstíana.
